TRIBE Milano Malpensa, the first Italian hotel of the TRIBE brand (Accor Group), is located in the Malpensa Business Park and features an architectural concept that blends contemporary design, sustainability, and functionality.
The building has a square layout with an internal courtyard—a modern take on the traditional Lombard courtyard style—which enhances natural light and ensures a clear spatial organization.
Sustainable materials and solutions, such as the green roof and ventilated façades made of composite aluminum, contribute to high energy efficiency and aesthetic standards.
In this setting, StercheleGroup contributed by supplying 240 prefabricated bathroom pods, custom-designed to match the room layouts and the brand’s visual identity. These pods were manufactured off-site and installed on-site using a plug & play approach.
