In compliance with Legislative Decree 24/2023, implementing EU Directive 2019/1937, the Company has established an internal reporting channel that ensures the confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity (when provided). A specific internal procedure has also been implemented to protect those who fear retaliation when reporting violations.
