Key advantages over traditional on-site construction include:

1. Reduced environmental impact: Optimized purchasing and efficient management of products and materials reduce waste generation and facilitate better waste sorting.
2. Improved on-site logistics: Less noise and dust pollution lead to a more livable construction site environment.
3. Intermodal transport: Long-distance deliveries rely on rail transport, significantly lowering the environmental footprint.
