CUSTOM DESIGN
StercheleGroup’s lightweight prefabricated bathroom pods can be equipped with doors and windows of varying sizes and completed with any type of finish specified in the technical specifications, without any limitations on the use of coverings, sanitary fittings and faucets available on the market. Additionally, they can also be produced in a thermostatic and anti-vandal version.
APPLICATION AREAS

SHELL
The Lightweight Bathroom Pod (CBL) consists of a reinforced concrete base with variable thickness, framed by a galvanized steel C-profile. The walls and ceiling are made of a structural steel profile framework, within which electrical and plumbing pipes are installed, along with the necessary soundproofing and insulation materials..
PRODUCTION
The steel profiles are custom-made using a numerically controlled profiling machine, based on the project specifications. The cladding panels are made of plasterboard or gypsum fiber. Throughout the production process, the module undergoes a series of structural and system tests to ensure quality and compliance.
INSTALLATION
The positioning of the pod on-site is carried out either from above, using a crane during the structure’s installation, or laterally, before the cladding is applied, using the rolling system, depending on the construction requirements.
CONNECTION AND MAINTENANCE
Each pod is equipped with an external technical duct or an internal service compartment, where all system terminations are located. This design allows for easy connection to the building’s networks, ensures convenient inspection, and enables efficient and economical long-term maintenance.
