StercheleGroup develops and manufactures prefabricated bathroom pods,

offering an all-inclusive service from executive design to installation, testing, and warranty. The pods are delivered to the construction site fully equipped, tested, and guaranteed.

With a dedicated and highly specialized team, we work in synergy with the client, carefully listening to their needs at every stage of the process to develop tailor-made solutions.

Quotation

The quotation for prefabricated bathroom pods is prepared by our sales office using a detailed checklist. After discussing with the client, we create a tailor-made offer. The price of the bathroom units is defined with transparency and remains fixed for the entire duration of the contract.

Design

The engineering of the bathroom pods, developed by our technical department, is based on the client’s specifications and the construction site specific requirements.

The result is a detailed executive design that ensures high standards of design, functionality, and construction quality.

Mockup

Before starting the series production as outlined in the contract, the production of a sample bathroom pod allows all parties involved in the design and execution of the project to assess whether the bathroom unit meets expectations and make any necessary adjustments or improvements before final production begins.

Production

Once the mock-up and executive design are approved, material procurement begins, followed by the start of series production at our facility. Strict quality controls are carried out at every stage, leading to final testing and the issuance of the certificate.

Transport

The bathroom pods are delivered to the construction site according to the agreed delivery schedule and transported via open or covered trailers. The structure of the units is designed for easy and safe handling.

Installations

Once on-site, the prefabricated bathroom pods are positioned and connected to the building’s main systems through pre-installed connections. The handling system is tailored to each project, while our qualified personnel provides assistance during unloading and, upon request, takes care of the positioning of the pods.

Testing and Warranty

After the delivery of the prefabricated bathroom pods to the construction site, final testing is carried out.

The bathroom pods are covered by a ten-year warranty for the building components and structure. Warranties for equipment, such as HVAC systems and furnishings, vary from 2 to 5 years, depending on the warranty provided by the individual suppliers.

After-Sales Support

StercheleGroup ensures its clients receive ongoing maintenance and aftere-sales assistance, both to provide prompt service in case of warranty needs and to offer support for routine maintenance to those responsible for Facility Management.
