The required maintenance of a bathroom pod is the same as for a traditional bathroom, but it is made easier by an operation and maintenance manual, which is created and provided for each specific project. This manual includes all detailed drawings, system diagrams, and references for the installed items along with their respective manufacturers/suppliers.

Regular maintenance is simplified and expedited by the centralization of the system connections in a single inspectable area (technical duct), accessible from either the inside or outside of the pod, depending on the project specifications, as well as by specific production measures, such as the complete removability of all plumbing pipes.
