Project Description
Urban regeneration residential project located near East Croydon station, consisting of three buildings for a total of 456 new housing units. The two main towers, each 25 storeys high, house 338 apartments, while the adjacent Cherry Orchard Gardens complex includes 118 additional units. The development also features commercial spaces, public areas, and a new pedestrian link to the station.

Supply and on-site delivery of 530 prefabricated bathroom pods for the two residential towers, manufactured off-site to ensure greater efficiency on site, reduced installation times, and minimal waste. This contribution aligns with the project’s broader commitment to sustainability, circular economy principles, and reduced environmental impact
