Peninsula Gardens is one of the largest urban regeneration projects in Europe, transforming a former industrial site in London into a new neighborhood with over 17,000 homes and extensive green spaces along the Thames.

Plot 19.05 includes 431 private apartments, built using a hybrid construction method that focuses on on-site assembly to improve speed, quality, and sustainability.

Sterchelegroup contributed by designing, producing, and delivering 562 prefabricated bathroom pods, integrated into the off-site construction system. This approach helped reduce assembly time and carbon emissions while ensuring high precision and quality.

Thanks to this technological solution, Sterchelegroup supported the project’s efficiency and sustainability, making Peninsula Gardens a leading example of modern, sustainable building practices.
