Employing of bathroom pods in renovations is possible, provided that certain technical requirements of the existing structure are verified. The bathroom pod is a finished three-dimensional element with its own size and weight. Therefore, before its employing, the following must be verified:

• The load-bearing capacity of the existing floors;
• The possibility of transporting the bathroom pod to the floor using a crane;
• The access and handling space for the structure’s decking to place the pod in its final position by rolling it with a pallet truck.
