The process for identifying non-conformities includes the following steps:
- Detection of internal non-conformities during the production process, as part of Quality Control;
- Upon delivery of the bathroom pods to the construction site, sending the inspection reports along with a pre-packaging 360° photo of the pod interior.
- Joint inspection with the Client to verify the condition of the bathroom pods delivered to the site.
