From October 24 to 26, 2025, Sterchele Group took part in the second stage of the nZEB Expo 2025, this time in Cluj-Napoca (Btarena), Romania, confirming its commitment to the modular and sustainable construction sector.

The stand, set up in collaboration with the local partner ICE Elements SRL, allowed the Sterchele Group team to engage with architects, developers, and general contractors from various regions of Romania.

The interactions focused on the integration of prefabricated bathroom posd in nearly zero-energy building (nZEB) projects, with particular attention to quality, efficiency, and cost control. The interest generated by our solutions led to numerous technical discussions, highlighting the local market’s receptiveness to modern and industrialized construction approaches.

Participation in the fair represents a further step in Sterchele Group’s internationalization path, strengthening relationships with local professionals and providing technical support and consultancy in the design and construction of nZEB buildings.
