Predazzo (TN), 27 January 2026 – The Olympic and Paralympic Village in Predazzo and the newly completed Ski Jumping Stadium have been inaugurated, marking key infrastructure milestones for the upcoming Milano‑Cortina 2026 Winter Games.
The project blends renovated pavilions with new construction, using modular and prefabricated solutions alongside timber and reinforced concrete structures. It was designed with sustainability, energy efficiency, comfort, and full accessibility in mind.
As part of this work, 192 prefabricated bathroom pods were installed at the Latemar UF2 Pavilion, which will later house the Guardia di Finanza training school, along with prefabricated staircases providing access to the new ski jumps at the G. Dal Ben Ski Jumping Stadium. These solutions helped achieve the fast installation times, execution reliability, and high quality standards required on an Olympic site.
After the Games, the Village and facilities will continue to be used by the Alpine School of the Guardia di Finanza, transforming into accommodation and training spaces for students and for sports retreats.
