In the new residential district of Cherry Park, in the heart of Stratford City, StercheleGroup contributed to one of London’s largest PRS (Private Rented Sector) developments. The project, led by Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield with the support of PSP Investments and QuadReal, included around 1,200 new homes integrated with services, green areas, and shared spaces.

For the first phase of the development, StercheleGroup supplied 792 prefabricated bathroom pods, delivered according to the construction schedule and designed to ensure high quality standards, fast installation, and long-term reliability.

An industrialised contribution that supported a major international investment, enhancing residential quality in one of London’s most dynamic neighbourhoods.
