The Hilton Hotel is part of the larger Victoria Square redevelopment project in Woking, a strategic hub just outside London. The plan includes residential, commercial, and public spaces designed to support the city’s economic and urban growth, centered around three new towers and a revitalized public square.
Sterchelegroup contributed by engineering and producing 165 prefabricated bathroom pods for the Hilton Hotel, along with 755 pods for the two residential towers. All units were delivered and installed on site, supporting an efficient and high-quality construction process.
With this off-site solution, Sterchelegroup played a role in enhancing the project’s speed, precision, and sustainability across both hospitality and residential components.
