CUSTOM DESIGN

Monolithic bathroom pods can be equipped with doors and windows of varying sizes and finished with any material specified in the technical specifications, without any limitations on the use of coverings, sanitary fittings or faucets. They can also be produced in thermostatic and anti-vandal versions.

SHELL

The Monolithic Bathroom Pod (CBM) is made of panels in reinforced concrete (C30/37), either standard or lightweight, within which electrical and plumbing pipes are embedded. The panels are framed by a galvanized steel profile, welded together to give the module its distinctive three-dimensional monolithic strength.

APPLICATION AREAS

Monolithic prefabricated bathroom pods are particularly suited for new constructions requiring higher strength, such as the correctional facilities.

PRODUCTION

The wall thicknesses can range from 40 to 120 mm, depending on the design, architectural, and system requirements, as well as relevant regulatory standards. During the production process, the module undergoes a series of continuous structural and system testing to ensure quality and compliance..

INSTALLATION

The positioning of the pod on-site is carried out either from above, using a crane during the installation of the structure, or laterally, before the cladding is applied, using the rolling system, depending on the construction requirements.

CONNECTION AND MAINTENANCE

Each pod is equipped with an external technical duct or an internal service compartment, where all system terminations are located. This design allows for easy connection to the building’s networks, as well as convenient inspection and long-term maintenance.
