City Pop Milano

The first City Pop project in Italy was developed in Milan, on Viale Monza. The innovative living format offers 260 microliving apartments, ranging from studios to one-bedroom units, fully furnished and designed for short- and medium-term rentals. Developed by Artisa Group and designed by L22 Education & Student Housing, the property transformed an existing building into a modern and functional residential space.

The apartments, with surfaces ranging from 28 to 33 square meters, are optimized to ensure maximum comfort in compact spaces. Each unit features well-organized areas, including living spaces, equipped kitchens, and modern bathrooms. For the latter, prefabricated solutions provided by StercheleGroup were adopted, ensuring high quality, efficiency, and rapid installation.
