CX Rome | San Pietro is the new hybrid hospitality project developed by Techbau SpA for CX Living, designed by Mario Cucinella Architects with interior design by Rizoma Architetture.
Located just steps from St. Peter’s Basilica and Vatican City, the project involves the construction of a 12,000 m² accommodation facility, with 294 rooms dedicated to both short and long stays, as well as large common areas, coworking areas, wellness, rooftops, and services aimed at a new conception of urban hospitality.
For this intervention StercheleGroup provided 290 prefabricated Light Bathroom Pods, installed in the rooms of the structure.
Prefabrication helped optimize construction site organization, reduce on-site work, and support the progress of construction activities while adhering to the schedule.
The supply was developed in line with the needs of a high-use-intensive accommodation facility, ensuring performance quality, reliability and performance continuity.
