Olympic and Paralympic Village – Milan-Cortina 2026

For the Predazzo Olympic and Paralympic Village, developed for the Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Games, StercheleGroup supplied 192 prefabricated bathroom pods for the Latemar UF2 Pavilion.

The bathroom pods were designed as a fully off-site solution, seamlessly integrated with the building’s modular construction systems as well as its timber and reinforced concrete structures, ensuring functionality, performance, and accessibility in line with the project specifications.

Prefabrication enabled the optimization of on-site construction, minimized operational interference, and maintained consistent quality standards, all while meeting the tight deadlines typical of an Olympic construction site.

The supply was executed in consideration of the building’s future use, ensuring durability, reliability, and long-term performance even after the Olimpic Games, when the pavilion will be repurposed as a training and residential facility.
